Greatest Time Compression Ever: 5 Months In Norway Shown In 5 Minutes
Stunning and dramatic scenery and landscape is found throughout Norway. The west coast of southern Norway and the coast of northern Norway present some of the most visually impressive coastal sceneries in the world. National Geographic has listed the Norwegian fjords as the world's top tourist attraction. This is a time-lapse video resulting from a 15,000 km (almost 10,000 miles) long road trip and thousands of images taken along the way over the last half a year. The journey has covered all of Norway’s 19 counties, from the Russian border to the far south toin. The aim of this film is to show the variety of Norway, everything from the moon landscape in the North to the deep fjords in the Southwest, Nothern Lights and the settlements and cities around the country, both in summer and wintertime. The time-lapse shows some of the most beautiful places in Norway, such as Nærøyfjorden, Lofoten, Helgelandskysten, Senja, Geirangerfjorden and Preikestolen.
